This mind-bending performer reveals all the audio detail and dynamics necessary for a gripping home theater experience. Available in a black finish with titanium accents, the C-1 offers two different contemporary looks: with its grille on, the elegant C-1 blends with any home décor; with the grille off, it makes an aggressive, powerful performance statement.

An older person with a hearing deficiency February 9, 2010 James T Haynes HiDef Novice (Maryville, TN) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
There are 3 sizes for this speaker, but I'm glad I bought the smaller size. I have a hearing comprehension deficiency and wear hearing aids. I had tried several, including Bose, before I purchased the Cerwin Vega center speaker that I used for a number of years. None that I listened to before had the clarity that I find in the Klipsch. Inasmuch as the center channel speaker is aimed at voice transmission primarily, that is a big plus. There was no difficulty in installing it. I did have to balance the system (mine is 2 front speakers, center speaker and a 12" sub) to get all speakers at the same volume level, but that was done automatically by my Sony receiver, and the "wall of sound" was great. Also, I could understand the voice transmissions better than ever. Others may find one of the other sizes to be more satisfactory, but I don't think they'll go wrong with Klipsch.
now we can hear dialogue May 2, 2010 J. J. Prietto (Redondo Beach, CA United States) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
If you want good sound especially when watching movies you must have a center speaker. This one was the right size and of good enough quality to match the rest of my system. Before we had only left, right, and a sub woofer. So much sound is engineered to come from the center, like dialogue, that without that speaker you are missing a lot and sometimes can't make out what people are saying. That leads to turning up the sound and then when a big chase scene or shoot-em-up comes along you get blasted out of the room. A center channel speaker takes care of the problem and the quality of this Klipsh is excellent especially when you consider its modest price. I am very happy with my purchase.
Perfect for my needs March 18, 2010 Vergil W. Barb 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is the perfect speaker for me and my system! You always here the old guys say "If I'd known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of my teeth". In my case I wish for younger ears. My system consisted of Klipsch KLF-20 main's and a Klipsch KV-1 center speaker. Although the KV-1 is a good speaker I was having trouble hearing voices on TV and movies. This speaker is just what I needed. The voice is clear and sharp and plays nice with the large main speakers.
Impressive sound in a smaller size July 29, 2009 Shawn Hedrick (Missouri) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I purchaced one of these about 1 1/2 years ago, and i'm using it with 2 Polk monitor 60 fronts, and a Boston Acoustics 10" sub.
If you need an inexpensive or small center channel speaker ( i could'nt go bigger with my tv stand )this one is a very good performer.
At under $200.00, it's a bargain.
Good product, easy setup. March 17, 2010 V. Swamy (Washington, DC) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I setup this center channel along with Klipsh B-3 speakers to Onkyo TX-SR507 5-Channel A/V Receiver.
The entire setup took about 60 mins. The center channel is fantastic & it delivers the results the way I expect it!
